We were so excited to have the opportunity to visit family and the nation’s capital again this month, to celebrate Easter and experience the cherry blossoms and spring in Washington D.C.

Known as the “Nation’s Greatest Springtime Celebration,” the Japanese cherry blossoms were in peak bloom, and we were very fortunate to visit D.C. on such a beautiful spring weekend!
We took photos of some of the more than 3,500 cherry blossom trees on a run around the Tidal Basin and were stunned by their beauty.

We wish we could share just how beautiful the experience was with you, because photos don’t do it justice, but you’ll just have to take our word for it!

Have you visited Washington and experienced spring in D.C.? What memories did you make there?
